Only the computers in ACE, the Academic Center for Excellence, have Photoshop. The ACE computers have Adobe Creative Cloud (including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and more) and MS Office installed. Also, the 2 sit down computers on the library first floor at the long table have the same set up.
